Add a team member

Name (person or team) Microsoft email *

They sign in with their Microsoft work account — this email is how they’re matched. Use their @taxflowpartners.com address.

Mailboxes they can see

Access level Admin access — can open this Admin panel, approve requests, and use “Don't track this email” directly. Leave it off for a normal member: they can still ask, and it comes here for approval.
